ASSOCIATE PARTNER : CIVIL & COMMERCIAL LITIGATION

Romeo holds an LLB from the University of the Western Cape and he joined the firm on 3rd January 2023.Romeo specialises in Civil and Commercial Litigation. Prior to joining the firm Romeo gained extensive experience in litigation form one of the law firms in Harare that he previously worked for. His other interests include Competition Law and Mining Law.

PATIENCE MATHUTHU

SENIOR ASSOCIATE : CONVEYANCING & SECURITISATION

Patience Mathuthu holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Zimbabwe. She was registered as legal practitioner, notary public and conveyancer in August 2019. She joined the law firm as a Junior Associate in July 2021. Prior to joining the firm, she practised as an associate at another leading law firm in Harare. She specialises in Conveyancing and Securitization and also has a keen interest in commercial law practice. 

PETRONILLA PFUNYE

ASSOCIATE : TRADE & INVESTMENT GROUP

Petronilla is a graduate of the University of Pretoria and joined the firm in 2018. She is an associate in the Trade and Investments Unit. Petronilla's practice areas are commercial and corporate law, investment law and mergers and acquisitions. Petronilla has worked on various banking, commercial and mining law transactions, broadening her legal horizon and expertise to include providing advisory services to local mines and foreign leading financial institutions as well as conducting legal due diligences.

SETMORE NDANGA

ASSOCIATE : CONVEYANCING AND SECURITISATION

Setmore Ndanga is a diligent lawyer who graduated with a Bachelor of Laws Degree Honours, (University of Zimbabwe) in 2021. She is currently studying towards a Master of Laws in Land and Natural Resources Law. She joined the firm in 2012 as a Conveyancing Assistant. Upon attainment of her degree, she rose through the ranks of promotion to become an Associate. She specialises in conveyancing and securitization which involves registration of immovable properties, due diligence, contract drafting, registration of mortgage bonds, estate planning and administration, notarial work, and property advisory services. She has a keen interest in mining law.

ASSOCIATE : EMPLOYMENT  & LITIGATION 

Prince Dube holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Zimbabwe obtained in 2019. He was registered as legal practitioner, notary public and conveyancer in October 2019. He joined the law firm as a Junior Associate in July 2021. He specialises in Employment and Litigation and also has a keen interest in commercial law practice. He is reading towards a Masters in intellectual Property and Technology Law with the University of Zimbabwe.
