PATIENCE MATHUTHU

SENIOR ASSOCIATE : CONVEYANCING & SECURITISATION

Patience Mathuthu holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Zimbabwe. She was registered as legal practitioner, notary public and conveyancer in August 2019. She joined the law firm as a Junior Associate in July 2021. Prior to joining the firm, she practised as an associate at another leading law firm in Harare. She specialises in Conveyancing and Securitization and also has a keen interest in commercial law practice. 

PETRONILLA PFUNYE

ASSOCIATE : TRADE & INVESTMENT GROUP

Petronilla is a graduate of the University of Pretoria and joined the firm in 2018. She is an associate in the Trade and Investments Unit. Petronilla's practice areas are commercial and corporate law, investment law and mergers and acquisitions. Petronilla has worked on various banking, commercial and mining law transactions, broadening her legal horizon and expertise to include providing advisory services to local mines and foreign leading financial institutions as well as conducting legal due diligences.

ASSOCIATE : EMPLOYMENT  & LITIGATION 

Prince Dube holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Zimbabwe obtained in 2019. He was registered as legal practitioner, notary public and conveyancer in October 2019. He joined the law firm as a Junior Associate in July 2021. He specialises in Employment and Litigation and also has a keen interest in commercial law practice. He is reading towards a Masters in intellectual Property and Technology Law with the University of Zimbabwe.  

SETMORE NDANGA

ASSOCIATE : CONVEYANCING AND SECURITISATION

A dedicated Associate with the firm who joined in 2012, Setmore Ndanga combines over a decade of practical experience with advanced academic credentials, including a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 2021 and a Master of Laws in Land and Natural Resources Law in 2025, both from the University of Zimbabwe. She offers clients expert counsel in all aspects of conveyancing and securitization, from complex due diligence and contract drafting to the registration of mortgage bonds and estate planning. Having risen from a Conveyancing Assistant to her current role, Setmore provides insightful and efficient service rooted in a deep understanding of property law. She has a keen interest in Mining Law.

ISAAC NDUMERA

MANIKAI

ASSOCIATE : COMMERCIAL, FINANCIAL SERVICES & TAX GROUP

Isaac Manikai holds an LLB from Royal Holloway, University of London, and an LLM from the University of London. He is a registered legal practitioner and Associate in the firm's Commercial, Financial Services and Tax Group. His practice spans corporate transactions, banking and finance, regulatory compliance, tax advisory and due diligence. He has advised on mandates including FBC Holdings' acquisition of Standard Chartered Zimbabwe, Afreximbank transactions, and settlement and release of a historic diamond parcel to Vast Resources PLC.
